Access and use of the reading room is free and open to all.
The reading room is available to the public whether they use the Library’s material or their own material.
Entering the library readers are obliged to leave objects not useful for study (bags, briefcases, etc.) in a special area indicated by the library staff.
After finishing their work or completing the schedule, they leave the material they used on the tables and in no case place it on the shelves themselves.Users of the library services must fully respect the order of priority, where necessary, when presenting their request to the library staff (e.g. borrowing, internet use, etc.)
Library staff is obliged to serve and assist users in searching and locating the items. It also provides information requested by users using library materials and new technologies.
Readers must submit their requests clearly to the staff and adhere to the library’s operating regulations.
Readers must speak in a low voice and not make noise in the reading room.
Smoking, consumption of food, soft drinks and drinks as well as the use of mobile phones are not allowed inside the library area (reading room and other areas)
Users who create problem cause trouble and do not comply with the instructions of the staff regarding the operation of the reading room and resent them unnecessarily cause trouble for no reason, will be permanently expelled from the library.
